Mix the ingredients below in a jar. Store for one week!

1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 pinch of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of lemon pepper seasoning https://amzn.to/3wFDqjq
Add 1 tablespooon of fresh dill or dried dill weed
Add 1 teaspoon of fresh or dried parsley leaves
Add 1 teaspoon of finely chopped chives
Add 1 pinch of Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener https://amzn.to/3eiJqIR
Salt and pepper to taste and an optional squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
To make a heartier version: Add finely chopped carrots and celery! I like to use this food processor for the best consistency! https://amzn.to/3ehKmNv
Mix all of the ingredients together, adjusting amounts to desired consistency. Can be enjoyed immediately, however the flavors come together after a few hours in the fridge. This recipe works well as a veggie dip, can be tossed in a salad and also pairs really well with chicken wings! Enjoy!
